I Speak From Personal Experience
Yesterday may well have been the worst (second worst?) day on the Christian calendar to have Victimae Paschali Laudes stuck in one's head.
Or the Akathist to the Mother of God. The Steubenville chapel office somehow didn't see 'Sing Alleluia During Lent!' as an appropriate advertising slogan for our Byzantine group. :)
LOL... yeah, and it's all too easy to schedule hymns with Alleluias throughout if you're not careful.
