I think it's safe to assume that His choir dress would start with some manner of cassock or simar, and include a surplice.
I would argue that His biretta would have a pom, because the cardinatial non-pommed biretta signifies the cardinals' role as clergy of Rome. Since Our Lord would not be clergy of Rome under the ordinary of Rome, His biretta would have a pom. But would He have a biretta in the first place?
Would there be piping? Would the cassock be seemless?
