Matt's Take on the Breakfast Sandwich


Ingredients

1 small chorizo sausage
1 jar of fig preserves
1 hotdog bun

Preparation

Punch holes to vent in chorizo with fork. Place chorizo in microwave on high for 35 seconds. Spread fig jam on hotdog bun, place chorizo in bun and enjoy. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.
