Your Plans for the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul
An Early Morning Solemn Angelus
In the rural, people say the 6:00am Angelus while kneeling outside under their garden trees. Having finished, they bow deeply and make the Sign of the Cross, believing the blessing of the Holy Father is carried by angels throughout the world to all who sincerely await it.
Using Articles of Devotion Blessed by the Pope or Any Bishop.
The faithful, who devoutly use an article of devotion (crucifix or cross, rosary. scapular or medal) blessed by the Sovereign Pontiff or by any Bishop gain a plenary indulgence on the feast of the Holy Apostles, Peter and Paul, provided they also make a profession of faith according to any legitimate formula.
